Rebecca has lived and worked in many cities across the UK and Europe, including Glasgow, Edinburgh, Belfast, and most recently Cologne, Germany, where she worked as a performer for Cologne Opera (Oper Köln), both with the Opera Studio, and the Children’s Opera. She was also a member of the Northern Ireland Opera Studio from 2018-19, where she undertook several operatic roles as well as leading many Educational Projects. Rebecca has been teaching Singing privately for many years, having studied singing herself with Kathryn Harries (former director of National Opera Studio in London), Wilma MacDougall (Royal Conservatoire of Scotland), and Debra Stuart (Queens University Belfast). Rebecca has worked with numerous organisations including Belfast Philharmonic Choir (where she held the position of Vocal Coach), National Youth Choir of Scotland (as a teacher of Classroom Music), the Kilbarchan Singers Glasgow (as Musical Director), and in many Secondary Schools across Northern Ireland as a Singing Teacher. Rebecca holds a 1st Class Honours Bachelors Degree in Music from Queens University Belfast, and a Master of Music (Vocal Studies) from the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland.
